The heart and soul of AIB, the hub of all communications – that’s Silvia. But she’s also far more than AIB’s secretary. Silvia is a passionate chef and skilfully masters the kitchen. After a stint on the Barcelona Olympic Committee, she moved into the hotel industry and cut her teeth on a pastry catering business. As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also a keen sportswoman, splitting her spare time between field hockey, paddle tennis, skiing and rambling with her dog. But what she’s most passionate about is her family, who she shares her many hobbies with.
